Eivissa (Ibiza-city) the city resides itself on a mountain and is a monument to times when the island had to arm itself against robbers and pirates. Below the white entwined houses, in the middle of the mountain, is the imposing city wall interlocked with the cathedral. In the secured Dalt Vila, the wealthy of Eivissa lived. Nowadays, in the summertime, it bursts into life with its multitude of restaurants, bars and galleries. Experience a unique and unexpected oasis!

Let yourself be enchanted and abducted into another world! In this very special old town house, near to the Ibiza city council, the old charm of "Dalt Vila" reflects itself. The house has a living area of approx. 160m² and roof terraces that overlook the harbor, sea and castle, where only one can dream of! The house is constructed on 2 floors and is situated on the 2nd floor. Enter a large drawing room, which leads into a kitchen, a bedroom and a meal area with open fireplace and sea views. From the large dining table or balcony are distance views to the outside world. Next to the living area, is a further bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. Through a spiral staircase situated in the drawing room, you arrive on the 2nd floor. Here you will find a cozy bedroom with a little drawing room and a beautiful roof terrace with awnings and "Open air bathtub". Enjoy a cooling bath with a glass of champagne in the hot nights "over the roofs of Ibiza". In spite of the hot summers, it is in these dwellings always very airy and comfortable due to the building methods and height. The house has ample cupboard space and a washing machine. In the near vicinity are the best restaurants in town. But convince yourself!
