You enter the villa on the lower floor and get directly into a bright, comfortably furnished living room with satellite TV and fireplace and direct access to the 50m² terrace with fantastic sea views. The living room adjoins the dining room, which is connected via a bar to the open kitchen. The fitted kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with modern electrical appliances. Furthermore, there is the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and walk-in closet, another double bedroom and a guest bathroom with WC on the lower floor.

On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms with 1 complete bathroom and each with a private terrace with sunbeds or balibett.

Outside, with a separate entrance, there is another double bedroom studio with bathroom en suite and coffee kitchen and fridge.

All bedrooms have satellite TV and air conditioning, which ensures a good night’s sleep. In the transitional months and in winter, a gas central heating ensures comfortable temperatures. For cozy fireplace evenings, there is a closed fireplace in the living area.

In the living room you have several double-winged doors that open completely, lift the border between the "inside" and the large covered terrace. A staircase leads from the covered terrace of the living room to the pool terrace, where there is a spectacular view over the lights of San Antonio across the open sea.
