The residence consists of the main house where the bedroom is for two people (king size bed) and a separate apartment for also two people (king size bed). Each section has its own terrace and private courtyard area. The price-quality ratio is good.

The main house (100 m²) consist of a bedroom and a ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower. The lounge area has a round sofa and in the living room you will find a diner table for 6 people. The house contains a beautiful style and interior.

The outdoor lounge is 60 m² and has a covered terrace with a king size bed, several sofas and a dining area near the swimming pool. There is an outdoor dining table for 8 people.

The swimming pool is 3,5 x 10m and the jacuzzi is 2 x 2m.

The apartment that is separate from the main house, also has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, and a living room (50 m²). The outdoor terrace is 20m² wide and you will find the jacuzzi here. There is a dining table for 4 people.
