Description:
This is a wonderful modern villa nested in the countryside in the centre of the Island at walking distance from the Santa Gertrudis village. It was originally built in 2004 by a leading Spanish architect and frequently featured in architecture and design magazines. The villa has been completely renovated by a British interior designer in 2012 with state of art amenities.
The double height living room glass doors open onto a spacious terrace overlooking a 20 meters long swimming pool and create a sense of open space living. The estate benefits from a large fruit garden and several terraces around the house, one of which is private to a guest bedroom with a sunk in bath tub.
